Secret Phrase

I have challenged the students to try to get our parents to visit our blog to search for a secret word/phrase. Once you visit the blog, please post me a comment with the phrase "I saw the fly on the wall!" at the beginning of the comment. Those parents who post a comment by 8am on Friday, January 23 will earn their child a surprise.
I hope that you enjoy the first video. The beginning is a bit "chaotic" because, being the ingenious videographer that I am, I didn't realize that I hadn't turned of the recorder! Oh well, you know what they say - practice makes perfect. Have a great long weekend!

I saw the fly on the wall. I loved being able to watch all the children. I really enjoy your blog. It helps me know what is going on in the class and also how to help Christopher more at home. Thank you.

I saw the fly on the wall. The video idea is great, now I can finally see the 'school Elijah' in action. Hopefully I can also learn new things about his personality. He loves school, his teachers, and all his friends. Kelly and I are so pleased with how everything has gone this school year. Thank you!!

I saw the fly on the wall, and I loved it! It was great to see Ryan's day at school. The blog has alot of information on it, and helps me to stay informed. I hope to see more videos in the future.

I love this! Thank you so much for all the hard work you put into it. Samuel always has crazy stories of what he did at school and this helps me make sense of them. Again thanks!

I saw fly on the wall too! Great Idea! Just wish I didn't have dial up connection, I can't view any videos. I will try to get on at the library when I can or go to someone's house to view the kids. Thanks for starting this up Mrs. Peek!

"I saw fly on the wall". Great concept. Very informative and fun to read. Carmen said, "Hey, that's me!" She liked the blog as she was able to see her friends while away from the classroom. Thanks!!

I saw the fly on the wall! The video is a great idea to get parents more involved. It helps us see, rather than read, about the things our children learn and do at school. Addie shows a quiet side of herself that I often do not see at home! I look forward to seeing more!

Report card day!!! It is amazing to me how much he has learned in such a short period of time. He even loves to do his homework. I feel like Kelly and I will need some refresher courses soon so we can keep up. Elijah told us at the beginning of the school year he was only going to school until he learned to read. He has reconsidered this now. Thank you guys for all your hard work!
